Product Introduction

Shale shaker is the first stage of solids control equipment in drilling purification system. It can remove cuttings above 75 μm brought from the drilling well to leave the liquid with smaller particles into the tanks below, which will flow into next grade solids control equipment for further treatment. It's used in many industries, such as oil and gas drilling, coal cleaning(CBM), horizontal directional drilling (HDD), mining, etc.

Drilling shale shaker was originally mainly used to remove large solid particles in drilling mud, thereby ensuring the normal use of subsequent mud purification and separation equipment. At present, it has been given a new mission, namely as a basic equipment in drilling waste management. Also, it’s used as a primary separation equipment in sludge treatment system.
