Product Introduction

A submersible slurry pump is employed for the removal of oily and dirty fluids from drilling fluids. In the oilfield industry, this type of pump commonly provides the mud fluid for decanter centrifuges, while in other areas, it can be combined with desanders and shale shakers.

Our submersible slurry pump consists of several components such as an impeller, pump case, pump shaft, bearings, a driven power source, a supporting frame, a coupler, a shaft sleeve, a shaft seal, and others. Typically, an electrical motor drives the pump, and its typical flow rate ranges from 25 cubic meters per hour to 200 cubic meters per hour.

Our YZ series submersible pump is primarily used in various fields such as environmental protection, new type building materials, coal washing, municipal works, thermal power generation, coal gas coking plants, refineries, mining, paper making, cement plants, food products factories, etc. It is designed to pump thick oil, oil residue, dirty oil, mud, mortar, running sand, and other liquids. Additionally, it can also be used to pump liquids containing silt materials and corrosive liquids in the chemical and medicine industries.

The submersible slurry pump may penetrate the liquid between 800m-2500mm under it, and may be equipped with suction pipes if necessary. Vertical motor is installed on the motor base, connected to the pump by coupling.
