Introduction

The screw pump is mainly used to deliver drilling fluid to the decanter centrifuge. Unlike other sewage pumps, it can deliver the mud to the centrifuge without shearing and stirring the drilling fluid. In addition to this, it is also used for drilling waste disposal and cuttings for conveying wet mud.

The screw pump can be driven by a coupling, and can also be adjusted by a variable speed motor, V-belt, gearbox, etc. The rotor and stator are the wearing parts of the pump, which are easy to replace. The stator is made of synthetic rubber material. It has special advantages over other pumps when conveying fluids with high viscosity and hard suspended particles.
