Main Introduction

The desilter is the solid control equipment in the third stage of drilling operation, which is used to remove 20-40μm solid particles in the drilling fluid. After many years of application and transformation, this type of desilter has reliable technical performance and very good treatment effect. The hydrocyclone has a long service life and stable performance. It is suitable for various drilling rigs in oil fields.

The basic principle of our hydrocyclone is to separate liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, liquid-gas and other two-phase or multi-phase mixtures with a certain density under the action of centrifugal force. The mixed liquid flows into the cyclone tangentially under a certain pressure, and a high-speed rotating flow field is generated in the cylindrical cavity. The high-density components in the mixture move downward in the axial direction and outward in the radial direction under the action of the swirling flow, and move downward along the wall surface under the action of the force, and are discharged from the bottom, thus forming.

Mechanics & Working Principle of TR Desilter

TRCN100×12 desilter cleaner are completed with 100mm polyurethane hydrocyclones, mud trough, manifold, motor, shale shaker, base and all necessary connections.The upper part of hydrocyclone is cylindrical with a tangential suction tube and a overflow tube in center. The lower part of hydrocyclone is cone with bottom silt discharge tube. The upper part and lower part are connected by hoop.
