Product Introduction

Flare ignition device designed and manufactured by TR Solids Control is a kind of treatment equipment used in blown down natural gas, the tail gas from collecting and distributing station of natural gas and refinery. As a kind of security and environmental protection equipment, flare ignition device can be used to have the blown down harmful gas ignited and burned to prevent the environment and security from being endangered. The flare ignition device, apart from being used in the refinery and gas distribution station, may be matched with liquid gas separator.

1. Transportation
During the transportation of electronic ignition device, the electronic ignition device and check valve should be disassembled and placed flat in the packing box. And lay the electronic ignition device flat and fixed in the packaging box, so as to avoid damage to the electronic ignition device and scratches on the outside in the process of transportation.
2. The installation
In general, the installation ground of electronic ignition device shall be flat and firm, and the ground bolt pit shall be preset.
When installation, use crane to lift vertically with the ground, slowly put it down, and then use steel wire rope from the upper part of the main body (uniform cloth) to tighten with the ground, to ensure that the main body and the ground are vertical, casting anchor bolts, fastening see schematic diagram.
