Product Introduction

The choke valve is used to be matched with manifold and other assemblies, which is applicable for flow-rate adjustment, that is, to raise or reduce the valve core location is help for alternation of flow-way cross area and flow-rate control.The products could also be produced according to customer requirement.

Adjustable choke is used to control the flow rate of fluids for a broad range of application, including well testing, wellheads, stream injection, choke manifold and well clean operation, etc. It’s the main spare part of choke manifold. Regarding the chokes our client ordered, size is 7 1/16" with working pressure 5000Psi. Our adjustable valve meets API 6A strictly. Temperature level is U, performance level is PR1. Product Maintenance

1. Every seal element is replaced according to itsexamination.
2. The valve should be placed in the dry and airy room,and the inlet and outlet are sealed properly.
3. When the product is stored, the end flanges shouldbe coated by oil against rust and dirt pollution.
4. As leak appears at the middle one of the valvebores, ring gasket should be replaced.
5. The valve-core and the valve-seat must be exam-ined every in a well time. The attrition rate will decidewhether they are used by upset or are replaced.
6. There is a bit leak at a couple of seals of valve, andthe sealing-face may have scratch or wear. Renovationwill be done under face-off and ground finish.
