Main Introduction

The screw pump is an ideal mud pump to feed drilling fluids for decanter centrifuge since the fluids may flow along with the shaft with a very slow inner flow speed, which will not change the pump's capacity, but will keep the pressure steady so that no vertex or agitation will be produced. Besides, the screw pump can also be used in the drilling waste management for wet mud and cutting transportation.

TRG series screw pump has the features of less accessories, compact structure, easy maintenance and vulnerable part replacement. In addition to the drilling fluids centrifuge, the rated pressure of our pump outlet can be increased with the increase of the pump series, and the pressure will increase 0.6MPa, so its using range is very wide.

The stator is made of elastomeric material, so it has particular advantages thanother pump to transfer the fluid with high viscosity and hard suspend particles included.
