250 GPM HDD Drilling Mud Treatment System

System Introduction

Horizontal directional drilling short name is HDD. This technology has wide application in oil and gas pipelines crossing the rivers, lakes, highway, railway hub and other obstacles and important area. HDD site is all in large no-excavation area and do not allow to make mud discharge randomly, so it is very important to equip with mud recovery system. TR Solids Control is a professional manufacture in designing and customizing HDD mud recovery system.

Drilling fluid preparing tank consist of mud tank, injection mixer device, agitator, electric control system, wellhead manifolds. Cubage of tank and flow of drilling fluid pre-preparing all can customize as order. Power of mixer pump and flow all can customize according flow rate of mud pump. Whole external size will be changed as power spec.

3. Composite material screen install on shale shaker to help for a better performance and longer screen working life. Our shaker screen build as per API RP 13C regulation to meet worldwide client's requirement.
4. Mud tank each corner weld container standard lifting lug for lifting tank and lock tank on trailer.
5. Self clean mud tank or V type mud tank for easy cleaning, each mud tank compartment install clean gate with butterfly valve. Mud tank size and pipeline arrangement can be customized depending on jobsite requirement.
