The TRZCQ Series Vacuum Degasser is a specialized device for gas
removal in drilling fluids. Designed to quickly eliminate invasive
gases, it stabilizes mud weight, maintains viscosity, and reduces
drilling costs. Unlike traditional degassers, our self-contained
unit uses a regenerative vacuum system and level sensors to protect
against over-suction. Installed after shale shakers, it efficiently
removes gases from gas-cut mud—thereby preventing potential
blowouts and ensuring smooth exhaust flow.
